Our industry-leading client is seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Business Relationship Manager to join their innovative team.
In this role you will be responsible for understanding the business value of IT projects, liaising between IT teams and business stakeholders, and ensuring desired results through IT solution delivery.
This is a contract to hire opportunity. Applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis and convert to FTE following contract duration. Responsibilities of the Business Relationship Manager:

• Collaborate between IT and business teams to ensure task prioritization, communication, and transparency
• Support road mapping to support business strategy across units
• Work closely with project managers and IT delivery teams for project delivery
• Manage executive and stakeholder communications on portfolios/projects
  Requirements of the Business Relationship Manager:
  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline
  • Experience with portfolio management, enterprise prioritization, and delivery planning
  • Ability to navigate a large IT department with many technologies and technical disciplines
  • Ability to facilitate innovation in business process and technical solution delivery
  • Strong relationship building, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
  • Ability to elicit and groom well-defined problem/opportunity statements and business value
  • Ability to interact across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to drive change and improve existing processes
  • Project experience with Agile methodologies
