As a Senior Project Manager you will perform a range of project activities as assigned including scoping, requirements gathering and design, and overall project leadership. The ability to work with all levels of management, gain a quick understanding of new business process areas and technologies, and create successes out of unstructured challenges will be essential to your success. An advanced business acumen, and the ability to quickly link strategic goals and business capabilities with investments in people, process and technology are required.Job Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of complex projects that support one or more departments or systemsFull project life cycle ownership including:Prepare detailed project plans and estimatesResponsibility for project scope, execution, change management, and success measuresManage outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependenciesDevelop proposals, documentation, and presentations for multiple audiences, including project team, sponsors, executivesProvide status updates to leadership on project deliverables, dependencies, issues, and decisions neededDrive solution and process design activities, including conducting technical and process design workshops with project teams and SMEs across the businessUnderstand challenges to design solutions that address people, process, technology, and data needs to achieve desired outcomesWork creatively and analytically in a collaborative environment, demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellenceParticipate in establishing best practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilitiesEssential Qualifications:10 years of project management experience managing business process change and technology implementation projectsMust come with a complete project execution toolkit, including analysis, scoping, requirements gathering, project execution, and change management2 Years of experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQExperience in all phases of Waterfall and Agile software development lifecycle methodologiesMotivated and comfortable adapting to change and competing demandsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent experienceDesired Qualifications:Business or technology consulting backgroundStrong leadership and relationship building skills including the ability to motivate up, across, and down multiple business and technology organizationsExperience mentoring more junior project management or business analysis resourcesExperience implementing business intelligence or financial systemsOur Benefits:Open PTOParental LeaveFree Healthcare Option401(k) MatchGenerous Holiday ScheduleCommuter OffsetEducation ReimbursementPing Identity is an equal opportunity employer.
