Would you like to be part of this journey?YOUR MISSIONThe BPO segment is a $2B opportunity for UiPath with the Top 50 BPO---s globally generating $100B in global revenues. We believe this can be a $100M business for UiPath in next 3 years. The BPO GAM is responsible for sales execution and cross border collaboration with local account executives in a concerted effort to identify, nurture, and close opportunities, which in turn will enable the BPO firms to win more business. They will also build pipeline of reusable components for use by other BPO customers and ensure proper resourcing by UiPath. This person will uncover new opportunities, assist with winning the support of the economic buyer and influencers, and assist with needed agreements and purchase orders. The BPO GAM will partner closely with the BPO Sales Leader, the Channel team, and local sales representatives in a collaborative team effort to deliver a world class experience to the BPO segment. The BPO GAM must be well versed in designing complex models to cope with multi geo billing, process execution offshore, and sales cycles onshore in different regions.This is what you---ll bring to our team:8 years solution selling experience and recent Strategic Accounts / Global Accounts experience, coordinating internal resources and support teams, for large technology accountsExperience selling large BPO contracts and/or large technology sales to BPO firmsExisting relationships in the senior levels and C-suite of the BPO firms covered in territorySuccessful quota attainment year over year and successful experience growing a client portfolioHigh aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and cross-functional influence, including working with cross border sales teamsA strategic thinker and a meticulous, detail-orientated operatorStrong ability to navigate a client organization and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadershipExceptional interpersonal and communication skills with proven track record of quickly building credibility both internally and externallyResearch and data driven approach to account planningLife at UiPath like a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
