you will oversee the most complex and critical assembly operations.
This role involves providing expert technical support, leading
large-scale projects, and ensuring the integration of best
practices in all assembly processes. You will act as a key liaison
between the production floor and engineering management, driving
continuous improvement and innovation. The ISR (Intelligence,
Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS)
business area is a leader in ISR and aviation, it is a leading
prime manned and unmanned aircraft systems integrator for
innovative, high-performance ISR and aviation systems. Its
end-to-end Command, Control, Computers, Communications and
Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C4ISR) capabilities
encompass design, integration, test, certification, ground/flight
training and complete logistics support. IAS tailors solutions to
customer cost, performance, and schedule requirements and designs

on time and on (or under) budget deliveries. Responsibilities:
Oversee and execute highly complex and critical assembly
operations. Provide expert technical support and mentorship to all
technician levels. Lead large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to
timelines and quality standards. Act as a key liaison between the
production floor and engineering management. Drive continuous
improvement initiatives and integrate best practices. Conduct
advanced inspections and quality assurance checks. Develop and
implement training programs for team members. Ensure optimal
maintenance and calibration of all tools and equipment. Coordinate
cross-functional teams to enhance overall manufacturing processes.
Qualifications You Must Have: High school diploma or equivalent. 5
years of relevant experience. Higher level relevant degree may
substitute for experience. Mastery in blueprint reading and
technical documentation. Exceptional problem-solving skills and
attention to detail. Ability to understand and interpret moderately
complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or
publications; ability to complete installations per technical
drawings while maintaining edge distance and pitch. Advanced
experience with structure assembly, minor part fitting techniques
and repair and refinishing such as airframe corrosion removal, as
applicable. Ability to install various fasteners such as rivets and
hi-locks. Must have own tools in good working order. The ability to
obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Qualifications We Prefer: Associate’s degree in aerospace
manufacturing or related discipline. Advanced certifications in
aerospace manufacturing. Proven track record in managing
large-scale assembly projects. Ability to travel. Background in the
Aerospace and Defense Industry, the US Department of Defense, or US
Military. Essential Functions: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
regularly. Required to be on your feet for most of the work shift.
Use of hand and power tools requiring hand/finger dexterity.
Exposure to noisy and potentially hazardous environments; proper
safety gear must be worn. Ability to travel may be required. This

may be extended based on business needs. Estimated Starting Salary
Range: $38.39 - $52.79. Compensation varies depending on a wide
array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work
experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed
range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic
differential associated with the location at which the position may
