is seeking an Infrastructure Lead - Sr Principal Engineer Systems
Test . This position will be located in Huntsville, AL, Colorado
Springs, CO, or Roy, UT , supporting the Sentinel program.
Responsibilities and Duties Lead for a team of System
Administrators, DevOps SMEs, and Test Engineers Act as the Lead for
a reproducible secure and immutable test network for integration,
test, and prototyping Develop and manage software test
infrastructure and ConOps Collaborate with counterpart leads in
integration and lab operations to accel and deliver program
milestones Coordinate and implement derived requirements from
software development stakeholder teams Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 8 years of related experience, 6 years of
experience with a Master's degree; 4 years with a PhD; 4 additional
years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Must have
an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of
application, current and within scope, with an ability to obtain
and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a
reasonable period of time (as determined by the company to meet its
business need). System Administration experience in Ubuntu. 5 years
of hands-on engineering or administration experience in networking
fundamentals, network architecture and design, Cisco, RHEL, and
Windows OS. Current DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA
Security CE, etc.). DevOps infrastructure experience, with an
understanding of Gitlab Project and vSphere. Experience in Ansible
and YAML automation tools. Strong Linux Red Hat System
Administration experience, with an understanding of Linux.
Filesystems, Networking (nmcli and Firewall), SELinux, package
modification, configuration and installation, and building binaries
from source (CMake, GCC, Ninja), and Syslogs / MQTT brokers.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in JIRA/Confluence
administration Programming and scripting experience: Bash, Python
and Ruby Experience with containerization (Docker, Podman), and
cluster controllers (Kubernetes) Cyber experience: ISSP
creation/modification, meeting CUI and JSIG requirements, Splunk,
Nessus/Tenable, Trellix/McAfee, and create/manage ISSE/ISSO/ISSM
PO&Ms Experience in UDP protocol, and FIFO files/logging
Infrastructure experience in CI/CD pipeline, Terraform and Packer,
code reviews, project management, and issue handling 3 years of
experience with Windows AD, VMWare, or SAN storage systems 3 years
of experience integrating COTS, GOTS and custom software in a
security constrained environment 3 years of experience working with
lab environments/processes (Foreign Object Elimination (FOE),
Electro-Static Discharge (ESD), Configuration Management(CM)) As a

schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a
nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday
off. Sentinelintandtest Primary Level Salary Range: $123,400.00 -
$185,000.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline;
however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when
determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the
position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift
differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as
well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in
Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off
