in Sunnyvale, CA has an immediate opportunity for a level 2
Engineering Planner/Project Manager to join our mission in the
Engineering Planning organization. Engineering Planning supports
our Space engineering customers and provides the following
services: create/maintain detailed/resource loaded supplement
schedules, align schedules with the program and operations plans,
and generate/maintain metrics. Our main mission is to create and
manage schedules, coordinate with stakeholders, and create
performance metrics to help give customer the tools they need to be
successful in their endeavors. Summary of Key Duties: In this role,
you will…. • Develop and maintain detailed, logic based engineering
release plans and supplemental schedules in Microsoft Project in
support of the IMS. • Support various programs with planning
support for short and long-term tasking • Work closely with
Engineering organization to maintain engineering execution plans. •
Provide status, and update/maintain metrics for reporting. •
Maintain various add hock reports, such as labor analysis, and
rough-cut capacity planning. LMSpaceProgramPlanners Basic
Qualifications • Bachelors degree or MBA from an accredited college
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in planning,
scheduling, construction project management, or manufacturing •
Proven ability in utilizing MS Project, Open Plan or another
comparable scheduling/planning tool • Experience delivering project
briefings to internal customers • Experience with Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint • Due to programs being supported, United States
citizenship is required Desired skills • Bachelors degree or MBA
from an accredited college in an Engineering, STEM, or Business
related degree • 3-5 years of experience in planning or program
management related discipline • Prefer 2-3 years of experience
program planning within the aerospace/defense industry • Experience
using EPDM (Engineering Product Data Management) or similar
centralized engineering and design data management software •
Experience in resource loading, performing capacity/constraint
management and analysis • Experience delivering project briefings
to internal customers • Ability to manage multiple projects with
various scope and deadlines • Root Cause and Corrective Action
experience and mindset • Demonstrated critical thinking and
problem-solving abilities • Excellent interpersonal skills and

Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be
performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work
Schedule Information Lockheed Martin supports a variety of
alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual
base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts,
and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado,
Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont,
Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending

calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in most major
metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is
$73,400 - $127,075. For states not referenced above, the salary
range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work
