Job Description Job Description Sr Project Manager Sr Project Manager - Mechanical $125K - $165K Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Sr Project Manager to oversee and lead critical projects within our data center and mission-critical environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while effectively managing project resources and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects in data center and mission-critical environments from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success. Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet objectives. Conduct regular project meetings to communicate status, risks, and changes to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, including reports, contracts, and change orders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical project management, preferably in data center or mission-critical construction. Strong understanding of mechanical systems and construction processes. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
