Position Overview The Senior Electrical Engineer will play a pivotal role in the design and execution of underground transmission line projects, with a focus on complex engineering challenges and trenchless installation methods. Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure project accuracy and consistency. Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within the team. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on underground transmission line design. Proficiency in engineering design principles, codes, and standards. Strong skills in engineering software and tools for design and analysis. Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for project needs. Preferred Qualifications: 5 years of experience in underground transmission line design. Experience with trenchless installation techniques. Engineering-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification. Knowledge of right-of-way acquisition, permitting processes, and utility coordination.
