We’re growing our Silverthorne branch crew with a focus on Routt County and looking for a skilled HVAC Service Technician who wants hands-on work, real responsibility, and a career that lasts. You’ll work on commercial systems like RTUs, boilers, VAVs, and controls in facilities where your expertise truly matters. You’ll diagnose and solve mechanical problems, perform preventative maintenance, and collaborate with experienced techs who share knowledge, jump in when needed, and want you to sharpen your craft and succeed-not burn out. Combined experience, education, skills and knowledge will be taken into consideration. Requirements: Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications: Demonstrated ability to develop rapport and productive working relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
