Range: $25 - $30/hr Bonus Eligible Reports to: Field Superintendent
Job Description Summary Under direct supervision of Field
Superintendent this position changes out, starts up, maintains
(preventative maintenance) and/or repairs, drain cleaning/other
plumbing related systems and dewatering jobs/projects ensuring
timely and quality service to Snowbridge standards and customer
specifications. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may

essential functions. Models safety compliance with all applicable
safety rules and regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.
Models efficient time management; mentors less experienced field
staff in technical expertise. Works collaboratively and
respectfully with all Snowbridge staff. Reviews Service Titan job
board at 7:30 a.m. daily and prepares for day’s first assignment or
follows Field Superintendent’s direction for earlier / later start.
Manages field work for maximum productivity (zero returns for
missed or incorrect service items, etc.), immediately resolving
unusual project issues, relaying information to Field
Superintendent as appropriate. Uses Company vehicles, equipment,
tools and work space responsibly, including keeping vehicles,
equipment, tools and shop bays neat and clean, and returning tools
and equipment to their designated storage areas. Advises Fleet
Manager / Technician of vehicle / equipment maintenance and/or
repair needs per protocol. Purchases fuel, materials, parts,
supplies and small tools as needed to complete jobs/projects.
Follows up with customers to confirm satisfaction on all
jobs/projects. Records all job functions accurately and timely in
Service Titan, Paycor and on required hard copy forms. Adheres to
Snowbridge Employee Handbook Guidelines and Policies. Other duties

Results Orientation Supervisory Responsibility This position has no
supervisory responsibilities. Work Environment Functions in an
office/shop/field environment. The office and shop are controlled
climates. Field work is outdoors under potentially hazardous
conditions including challenging terrain and inclement weather at
elevated altitude. The position may be exposed to chemical
fumes/residue, equipment with moving parts, routinely uses standard
office equipment such as computers, tablets, smart phones, landline
phones, photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, etc. Physical Demands
This position is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, crouch,
bend, reach for and carry objects, with a full range of body
movements including the use of hands to finger, handle and feel
objects such as tools and use computer keyboard and iPad. Must be
agile with good balance, no fear of or issues with working at
heights, and be able to lift and carry 75 lbs. including handling
parts. Must have command of all five senses: hearing, touch, smell,
taste and sight, including close vision, depth perception, and the
ability to adjust focus and distinguish between subtle variations
in color. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work Standard hours
for this position are 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., with overtime hours as
need and an on-call rotation. Travel Occasional travel may be
expected for this position beyond routine/daily job/project
on-sites, parts/tools pick up, etc. Required Education and
Experience and Licensing High School Diploma or equivalent 3 years
of drain cleaning/plumbing experience Preferred Education and
Experience 5 years drain cleaning/plumbing experience CDL Class A/B
with driving record meeting Company insurance requirements Work
Authorization / Security Clearance (if applicable) Eligible to work
in the United States including clearance to work on Federal

Starting pay for this position between $25 and $30 an hour.
Starting pay may be above or below based on potential employee
qualifications, operational needs and other considerations
permitted by law as permitted by Colorado Equal Pay Transparency

education, training, and experience relevant to the position for
which they are applying, as well as the position’s work location,
expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any),
