We’re looking for a talented CNC machinist/operators to join our
growing team. In this role, you’ll work with advanced CNC equipment
to manufacture precision components for industries including
medical, aerospace, and defense. You’ll play a key part in ensuring
every part meets strict quality and safety standards while
contributing to a highly efficient production environment. Pay:
$28-32/hr Job Description: Operate a variety of CNC machines,
including vertical mills, lathes, Swiss turning centers, 5?axis,
and multitasking equipment. Work with automated technologies such
as robotic systems, bar feeders, and palletizing equipment. Perform
detailed inspections using high?precision measurement tools.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and troubleshoot minor
machine issues. Document production activities accurately and
maintain compliance with ISO and AS9100:2016 requirements. Follow
all safety procedures and ensure adherence to ITAR regulations. Set
up CNC machines for new jobs, selecting appropriate tooling and
entering control parameters. Prepare raw materials and secure them
properly for machining operations. Monitor machining processes,
make adjustments as needed, and ensure consistent part quality.
Complete first article inspections and ongoing quality checks.
Maintain inspection records and report any deviations or
nonconformities. Review job orders, blueprints, GD&T, and
technical specifications. Collaborate closely with machinists,
engineers, and quality teams. Participate in team meetings,
training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills/Qualifications: Strong proficiency with precision measuring
tools and quality control software. Working knowledge of CNC
machining fundamentals and CAD/CAM systems. Ability to operate CMMs
for part verification. Skilled in reading and interpreting
blueprints, GD&T, and technical drawings. Excellent attention
to detail and strong analytical problem?solving abilities. Why Join
