we have a seat for you at the table. The Role: Diagnostics,
Partnership, and Strategy You will be the face of Setpoint Systems,
managing the health of sophisticated temperature control systems
and HVAC networks for high-profile commercial, industrial, and
institutional clients. Key Responsibilities Expert Diagnostics:
Rapidly diagnose and repair HVAC control systems through
high-priority spot service calls. Precision Maintenance: Execute
Technical Support Agreements (TSAs) to the rigorous "Setpoint
Standard," ensuring peak system performance. Emergency Response:
Participate in periodic 24/7 on-call rotations to provide critical
support when our clients need us most. Relationship Architecture:
Actively develop and maintain long-term customer partnerships built
on trust and technical excellence. Growth Identification:
Proactively identify opportunities for system upgrades and new
Technical Support Agreements to enhance customer facilities.
Project Planning: Assist with device requisitions, manpower
scheduling, and maintaining meticulous project documentation.
Territory Coverage: Occasional out-of-state travel to bring
Setpoint expertise to our diverse client sites. Who You Are: The

loyal, supportive, and communicate with clarity—whether you’re
talking to a building owner or a fellow engineer. The Self-Starter:
You thrive in a self-governing role where you are empowered to make
decisions and own your schedule. Qualifications & Credentials The
Foundation: 5 years of HVAC experience/training OR an Associate’s
degree from a technical college. Technical Sharpness: Strong
understanding of DDC (Direct Digital Control) systems, electrical
circuits, and mechanical HVAC operations. Communication: Excellent
interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex technical
issues to non-technical customers. The "Setpoint Plus": Experience
with Delta Controls , systems integration, or Building Automation
