Position:Sales Engineer - NvidiaJob Description:Arrow is seeking
a Sales Engineer - Nvidia - to provide technical direction and
business guidance to our channel partner community in North
America. As a Sales Engineer, you will be accountable for partner
enablement goals by driving innovative technical programs and
overseeing day-to-day technical account-level activities Your
primary responsibilities will include building awareness, fostering
education, and driving enthusiasm for Nvidia within both internal
and external stakeholders. You will act as a bridge between
technical teams, business leaders, and the wider community, working
to demystify AI, showcase its potential, and promote its ethical
and responsible use. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role
in the design, development, and promotion of Nvidia solutions that
address complex business challenges with our partners. A qualified
candidate should have a strong analytical mind to connect with
vendors, partners, and customers to solve real problems with
Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions.What You'll
Be Doing:
- Works in partnership with sales and marketing teams to develop
and implement specific industry and account penetration strategies,
produce account specific product and sales enablement plans,
provide assessments and drive leads from identification to sale
completion.
- Provides technical leadership and direction to channel partners
and sales staff with pre-sales activities in the assigned market on
behalf Arrow Nvidia and ecosystem alliances.
- Leads in the discovery, analysis, design, demonstration, and
refinement of fully integrated technology solutions
- Demonstrates technical expertise with AI, ML, and Data
Science/Data Strategy utilizing Nvidia Enterprise Software
- Acts as technical expert and consultant to develop and propose
solutions that meet the technology and business requirements of
assigned channel partners and their end users
- Makes technical and sales presentations to channel partner's
technical and sales staff
- Working with Arrow marketing teams to create and produce
digital channel-ready technical content that is published to Arrow
social media sites and networks
- Serves as a trusted technology influencer to channel partners
and serves as an internal Arrow resource on technical plays or
specific business applications and outcomes within an assigned
market segment
- Successfully builds relationships with the Arrow account team,
partners and end users in support of sales objectives; engages and
leverages Arrow horizontal resources, abilities, budgets and
personnel as appropriate
- Leads AI technical sales calls with and on behalf of channel
partners
- Qualifies AI sales opportunities in the terms of end customer
technical requirements, competition, decision making process and
funding in partnership with Arrow channel partnersWhat We Are
Looking For:
- Real-world AI/ML project end-to-end experiences, including
design, build and validate successful AI/ML solutions utilizing
Nvidia technology
- Demonstrates technical expertise on Artificial Intelligence,
Data Science, and Machine Learning
- Proficiency in Python, MySQL, Github, Git, GO, ETL, OLAP,
RDBMS, Scribus, AWS, Azure, Google, or other platforms and
programming languages.
- Proficiency in common AI/ML frameworks, etc., Scikit-learn,
Tensorflow, Pytorch, Hugging Face.
- Knowledge and experience with application of a variety of
machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree, neural
network, etc.).
- AI experience with Nvidia, IBM, Microsoft, Dell, NetApp, HPE,
and/or other AI vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for
coordinating across teams and with stakeholders.
- Highly professional, with the ability to deliver quality work
on tight schedules.
- Self-starter who is motivated, proactive, and able to work
independently in a loosely structured organization.
- Ability to travel 25% or more of the time.Experience /
EducationTypically requires a minimum of 8 years of related
experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree;

$200,200.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from
posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work
experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between
base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at
