What does this role look like?
As an Electronics Engineer, you will work on the development of a
sophisticated state-of-the-art Avionics product in a world class
Integrated Product Development environment.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
Integration and test of electronics Power assemblies and Line
Replaceable Units (LRU).
Requirements and Product selloff.
Work on a cross-functional team in the development and integration
of world class avionics systems.
Participate in design reviews, Engineering Material Review Board
(EMRB) hardware discrepancy decisions and Failure Review Board
(FRB) as required.
Resolve test anomalies and troubleshooting, and generation, review
and presentation of Product Certification, and also support system
level testing.
We are looking for:
Experience integrating electronics/avionics assemblies.
Experience in different phases of aerospace hardware development
cycle.
Experience interacting with peers, management and government
customers.
Experience in presentations and in written communication
skills.
Typical mins for this role:
5 - 9 years of professional experience for this role.
Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance,
thus you are a US Citizen.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science or higher from an accredited college in
Electrical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent
experience/combined education.
Experience testing and integrating Power
assemblies/subassemblies.
Experience in requirements management of DC power
systems/subsystems.
Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top-Secret clearance,
thus US Citizenship is required.
Desired Skills:
Experience with DC power management between and/or within systems
and subsystems.
Experience with a combination of design, test, operations and
systems engineering disciplines.
Experience in circuit design and troubleshooting.
Experience performing failure Investigation on electronic hardware
(CCA, Unit, and System Level).
Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the
ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers,
management, subcontractors and customers.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic,
collaborative team environment and to build consensus among peers
and effective relationships with team members.
Demonstrated strong problem solving and conflict resolution
skills.
Adaptable to new situations and demonstrate self-initiative in
solving complex problems.
Able to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
Existing DoD Top Secret clearance.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated
with this position will be performed onsite at a designated
Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or
Washington is $82,200 - $157,500. Please note that the salary
information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers
factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of
the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key
skills as well as market and business considerations when extending
an offer.

time off, and Holidays.
(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full time
employees: accrue 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO);
receive 40 hours of Granted PTO annually for incidental absences;
receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time
employees accrue 6.67 hours of PTO per month; accrue up to 52 hours
of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO
is prorated based on hours worked and start date during the
calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
