Promote Tensar Engineered Solutions to contractors, consultants, and public agencies. Ensure installation is being performed as designed and document progress at pre and post-construction meetings. What You'll Do
    • Represent Tensar Engineered Solutions on assigned jobsites during installation and ensure installation is being performed as designed
    • Attend pre-construction and progress meetings with all project stakeholders
    • Conduct post-construction interviews with key stakeholders to ensure original design objectives are met and performing as expected
    • Document progress, submit daily progress reports, collect and submit feedback to Area Engineer and Regional Sales Manager
    • Provide project site assessment using dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP) and/or other methods to provide data for Tensar solutions
    • Assist Area Engineer with technical support for the sales team including using design software, writing reports and submittals What You'll Need
      • Minimum 2 years experience as a Civil Engineer, Project Manager or Field Technician
      • Strong communication and presentation skills required (verbal, written, listening)
      • Ability to travel to US-based company locations up to 75% of the time
      • Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business and work with all levels in the organization
      • Must have a strong leadership ability to focus, prioritize, and match skills to tasks Your Education
        • Bachelors Degree in one of the following: Construction Management, engineering, and/or related field a plus
