Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities
1. Production support engineering with respect to testing methods,
procedures, and problems.
2. Assist Manufacturing with device specification and yield
problems, minor redesign of devices and capital system
components.
3. Review and support supplier related engineering changes and
optimizing device production relative to cost constraints.
4. Serve as Manufacturing Engineering representative in cross
functional projects.
5. Execute change requests and align with internal
stakeholders.
6. Create, Execute and Document Master Validation Plans, Process
Validations, Non-product software validations and Equipment
qualifications (IQ, OQ, PQ).
7. Identify, recommend, and implement continuous improvements in
the workflows that support Manufacturing and kitting line.
8. Sustaining Engineering resource to prevent operational/line down
issues at Suppliers assigned to this role.
9. Works as project lead to coordinate larger scale Operations
projects, providing schedule, cost, and resource requirements for
stakeholder consideration, communication, and execution of
project.
10. Assist Manufacturing in device usage problems or testing of
complex devices.
11. Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to less
experienced team members.
12. Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
13. Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple
tasks/projects with a strong problem-solving ability.
14. Create Engineering Reports, Validation and Qualification plans
and reports to document and present results.
15. Review of Design Transfer documents and risk documents like
PFMEAs
Nice to have requirements:
1. Equipment and tooling design experience.
2. Non-product software validation experience
3. Ability to effectively communicate and work cooperatively with
others as a lead member of a team.
4. Demonstrated experience sharing information, status, needs, and
issues with others in order to inform, gain input, and support
decision-making.
5. Experience with SAP, router set up and workflow scheduling.
6. Experience with Agile PLM system.
