required (SE, registered Structural Engineer, a plus)

• 
  8+ years' experience in Structural Engineering including Construction Administration
  
  
• 
  Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design specifications and AASHTO Guide Specifications for LRFD Seismic Bridge design is desirable (could remove this entirely)
  
  
• 
  Understanding of International Building Code, ASCE 7, ASCE 61-14, ACI 318 Building Code Requirements for Structural Concrete, AISC Steel Construction Manual, AISC Seismic Design Manual and other material design codes
  
  
• 
  Ability to interact with clients and multi-discipline team members
  
  
• 
  Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills

  Annual Base Salary Range: $85,000-$95,000 DOE. The expected salary range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation is based on the success candidate's individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of a base salary and consideration to participate in our discretionary annual bonus incentive program.
