Job Description:

4-day hybrid work schedule available in beautiful Denver, CO! This position will be filled at one of the following levels depending upon candidate qualifications: Associate Modeler ($25.71- $36.02 Hourly) Uses BIM software to produce and update facility drawing sets. Assists with LiDAR field scanning. Works under the direct supervision of the BIM Supervisor with technical guidance from Staff and Senior Facility Modelers. Staff Modeler ($64,771.20 - $90,646.40 Annually) Uses BIM software to produce and update underground utility drawing sets. Assists with LiDAR field scanning. Works under the direct supervision of the BIM Supervisor and advises on the implementation of industry best-practices. Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $53,477 - $90,646 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
