Job Description:
Summary/Objective The Electrical Engineer will design and
prepare commercial electrical construction contract documents
suitable for bidding and permitting.Essential FunctionsReasonable

- Prepare specifications, plans and designs work to develop
layouts and issue drawings.
- Manage multiple projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit design programs.
- Develop and maintain protocols, standards, and processes for
improved efficiency.
- Work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; ability to
handle competing priorities; Solutions oriented
- Active participation in team activities as part of a project
management culture that fosters task commitments, ownership, and
regular metrics status reporting.
- Participate in site surveys and observations for documenting
existing conditions. This may require out-of-state

- 10-15+ years of successful, hands-on design/ engineering
experience in the commercial electrical markets.
- Strong technical aptitude; Experience with AutoCAD and Revit
design programs.
- Experience developing and maintaining protocols, standards, and
processes for improved efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial
environment; ability to handle competing priorities; Solutions
oriented.
- Active participation in team activities as part of a project
management culture that fosters task commitments, ownership, and

- Strong oral and written communication skills; strong
interpersonal presence. Positive and professional communication and
customer-oriented service skills.Preferred Education and
Experience
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
- Licensure as a professional engineer (PE) is a plus but not
required.
- Background in commercial electrical design and engineering.
Supervisory ResponsibilityN/APosition Type and Expected Hours of
WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday
through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening and weekend
work may be required as job duties demand.TravelN/AAbout
