company has an exciting contract opportunity for a Cloud Security
Engineer ( W2 only ). This position is a contract for 12 months
with possible extension, for one of our key clients, a Fortune 100
financial services organization that is the leading provider of
financial services in the academic, research, medical, cultural,
and governmental fields.
Job Title: Cloud Security Engineer
Location: This role can be located on our CLIENT's office in
Charlotte, NC, Iselin, NJ, New York, NY, Denver, CO or California
will be currently remote.
Duration: 12 Months
Develops and implements security standards, procedures, and
guidelines for multiple platforms and diverse system environments.
Facilitates and controls system access, operations, and
maintenance. Azure Platform being the main focus, secondary focus
is AWS, GCP and OCP

Iselin, NJ, New York, NY, Denver, CO & California will be currently
The anticipated term of this engagement will be 12 months. This
term could be extended based on company business needs.
Bachelor of Science with 6 year
3 years of relevant work experience preferred.
Certification CISSP or Certified Cloud security professional
Certifications such as AWS certified Security Professional, Google
Certified Solution & security professional.
Expertise in Windows, Linux, Python, Terraform, cloud formation
Experience with cloud security strategy, cloud provider ecosystems
(Amazon AWS/ Microsoft Azure).
Hands-on experience in AWS, Google and Azure platforms, including
Kubernetes platform services.
Experience with cyber technologies such as Data Loss Prevention
(DLP), Malware detection, User behavior analysis (UBA), and
Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) tools.
Experience with Networking technologies, Zero trust Models and
Excellent communication skills, including demonstrated proficiency
in clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical
audiences in business terminology.
Hands on deployment and Infrastructure as code experience a
Must be proactive and have the ability to work independently in a
fast paced environment, as well as the ability to work
collaboratively with cross-functional and remote teams.
Familiar with DevOps and Agile methodology
Able to learn quickly and independently and apply new tools and
Strong troubleshooting skills.
GCP, AWS, Azure or Kubernetes Certified Security Engineers
