Raytheon Technologies Intelligence and Space (RI&S) Engineering is seeking a Front End of the Business (FEOTB) Capture Engineer to assist the Technical Director with customers within the Constellation Management & Control (CMC) portfolio. The FEOTB Capture Engineer will support the Technical Director in interacting with Raytheon senior leadership, customers and technical subject matter experts to develop strategic offerings for government customers. The FEOTB Capture Engineer will lead technical pursuit teams, both local and dispersed, in developing the detailed technical solution and cost basis for our offerings, as well as helping program Chief Engineers in developing and maintaining technical roadmaps. Work products will include white papers, concept of operations, technical bids, studies and other artifacts as required to communicate and demonstrate technical solutions and roadmaps.Required Skills:* 10+ years demonstrated engineering leadership experience with proven record of accomplishment* Demonstrated ability to successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams* Systems Engineering experience on a large government software development contract* Systems Engineering functions including: system architecture and operations concept development, requirements management, technical risk management, interface definition and control* Information Assurance/Security Engineering requirements and how they impact system design and implementation* Cost estimation* Technical contributor Proposal / New Business experience* Demonstrated ability to effectively work with and communicate with all levels of management and individual contributors on the program team* US Citizen with current TS/SCI security clearanceDesired Skills:* Satellite planning and scheduling or command and control* Ground equipment command and control Satellite orbital mechanics* Satellite sub-systems and related technologies* Real-time embedded systems/flight software* Satellite RF communications systems (ground and space)* Operations including: procedure development, training, transition planning, installation, and deployment* Complex satellite ground systems, particularly previous deployment of developed systems to ground station operations* Integration, and/or verification and validation* Architecture development of SW centric systemEducation Requirements:B.S./B.A./M.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, or a science.Benefits offered: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, EAP, education assistance, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.In compliance with Colorados Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role is $115,000 to $224,300; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, education/training, and key skills.#space2021175796Raytheon is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
