Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A Special Education teaching opportunity is available
for a dedicated professional specializing in moderate to severe
needs in a K-3 center-based classroom. This position is located in
the northern Denver suburbs, providing educational support at a
well-established K-8 school. The role involves managing a caseload
of up to five students, with current enrollment at three, allowing
focused attention on each learners individual needs. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction tailored to
students with moderate to severe disabilities in grades K-3.
Collaborate closely with two dedicated paraprofessionals to
implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and support
classroom activities. Monitor and assess student progress,
adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Participate in ongoing
communication with school staff and families to foster student
growth and development. Maintain compliance with applicable
regulations and standards, including Colorado Department of
Education (CDE) requirements. Desired Qualifications: Valid
Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Special Education teacher
certification. Experience working in center-based classrooms
serving students with moderate to severe disabilities. Strong
classroom management skills and ability to work effectively with
paraprofessional support. Excellent communication and collaboration
skills. Flexibility to start promptly and commit to the assignment
through May 29, 2026. Additional Details: This is a travel position
based in Denver, CO. The school will be on spring break next week;
candidate submissions will be coordinated accordingly. The hiring
process includes a client prescreen call followed by a panel
