full-semester contract opportunity is available for a skilled
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a K-12 school setting located
in Fort Lupton, CO. This role is ideal for professionals holding
their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language
Pathology, ready to support students' communication development
across all grade levels. Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and
provide individualized therapy to students with speech, language,
and communication disorders. Collaborate with educators, parents,
and other professionals to develop and implement effective
treatment plans. Monitor student progress and maintain accurate
documentation in compliance with school policies. Participate in
multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to creating
inclusive educational environments. Utilize evidence-based
practices to enhance students' communication skills and academic
success. Qualifications: Current SLP certification and a valid
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC). Experience working with
K-12 students in educational settings preferred. Strong
communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with
students, families, and staff. Ability to manage caseloads
efficiently and adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student
