This opportunity is for a paraprofessional role supporting K-12 students within a school setting located in Littleton, CO. The contract position is available immediately with an end date of May 22, 2026. Candidates will be placed at an elementary, middle, or high school based on experience and preference following a successful interview. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional and behavioral support in classrooms serving grades K-12. Assist students with significant or severe caseloads (preferred). Support daily routines, including possible toileting and diapering assistance when necessary. Adapt to flexible assignments, which may include reassignment to different school sites and age groups as needed. Arrive promptly for designated start times: 7:40 AM for elementary settings and 8:00 AM for middle/high school environments. Comply with immediate fingerprinting requirements following job offer acceptance. Qualifications and Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in school classrooms. Experience working with students with significant or severe needs is strongly preferred. Candidates must have reliable personal transportation to and from work; public transit alternatives such as bus, Uber, or taxi are not considered reliable. Must provide two completed professional references verified through a RefAssured processcandidates without these will not be considered. Candidates must have no felony or misdemeanor charges that would disqualify them after fingerprinting. Ability to work within a budget constraint (closed at $25 or below).
