Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available within a
K-8 educational setting in Arvada, CO. This contract role offers a
dynamic opportunity to support a diverse student population with a
range of communication needs. Responsibilities include providing
direct speech-language services to approximately 50 students,
encompassing 36 with mild to moderate needs and 14 with moderate to
severe communication challenges. The role involves individual and
group therapy, collaboration with educators and families, and
ongoing assessment and progress monitoring to support student
success. Qualifications desired: Valid Colorado Department of
Education (CDE) certification for Speech-Language Pathologists
Experience working in school settings with K-8 students Ability to
manage a caseload with students presenting mild/moderate and
moderate/severe communication disorders Strong communication and
collaboration skills Location: Work site is Achieve Academy located
at 9100 Poze Blvd, Thornton, CO 80229, serving K-8 students.
