Teacher- Adolescent Psych (Job ID: 11379)Job SummaryUnder
minimal supervision, and on an alternate basis, provides
instruction and manages classroom environment. Promotes student
learning in the absence of the regular classroom teacher to
adolescent psychiatric patients on the Inpatient Adolescent
Unit.This role is eligible for the followings benefits:
Responsibilities
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesEducation: BA or BS required in
education or human services related field. Experience: Typically,
two years in an inpatient setting. Experience working with students
with social/emotional/ behavior disorders. Knowledge, Skills &
Abilities: Knowledge of appropriate teaching strategies for age,
abilities, and achievement levels of special need students.
Knowledge of a variety of academic needs and achievement levels.
Skill in recognizing and tolerating individual differences and
needs. Ability to organize daily lesson plans. Ability to provide
reliable and timely evaluations of curricular needs and
requirements of individual students. -Teaching License issued by
the State of Colorado. All Certifications and Licenses required for
this job must be kept current as a condition of continued

Salary:$54,500.00 - $79,200.00/yrAll job applicants for
