A person serving in the hybrid Teacher/Senior Team Lead role will receive an annual stipend of $5,500, in addition to his/her teacher salary.Subjects and Grades:* Position begins in school year 2* Grade 09 - Ninth* Grade 10 - Tenth* Grade 11 - Eleventh* Grade 12 - Twelfth* Social Studies/Social Science* ELA Designation: ELA-EEssential Functions and Objectives of the Teacher/Senior Team Lead Role:The Senior Team Lead (STL) is a teacher who, as a member of the Instructional Leadership Team, plays a critical role in helping a school reach their student achievement goals. The Senior Team Lead spends part of the day providing high-quality instruction in their own classroom as a teacher, and part of the day developing a team of teachers ability to deliver joyful, rigorous and personalized instruction that leads to high academic achievement. Helps all students develop competence and confidence simultaneously through a balance of acquiring basic skills and developing conceptual understanding. Monitors, supervises, coordinates and enforces rule of conduct and behavior for assigned students, and reinforces positive student behaviors in accordance with school and District policy. Observes, evaluates, reports and records students' performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
