Objectives: The Assistant Principal supports the Principal with the
overall direction and leadership of the school. Leads high-quality,
data driven instruction by building the capacity of teachers to
lead and perfect their craft. Strategically aligns people, time and
money to drive student achievement. Applies teacher and staff
performance management systems in a way that ensures a culture of
continuous improvement, support, and accountability. Actively
advocates for members of the school community and effectively
