What You'll get to Do:The successful candidate needs to be experienced with creating courseware using the Instructional Systems Development (ISD) framework for analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating (ADDIE) learning systems. Select appropriate instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study, lectures, demonstration-performance, problem-based learning, student-centered learning, and guided discussion. Support, build, and promote a positive and collaborative culture across all teams. Develop and maintain expert level knowledge. Strong communication skills required, as well as strong organizational skills and an ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment. The selected candidate will become a member of the Boulder Specialty Engineering team specializing in the areas of Education and Training (E&T), Technical Orders (TO), and Human Factors Engineering (HFE) for the Space Based Infrared Systems (SBIRS) fixed and mobile platforms. Common instructional topics include Ground Control (GC), Mission Processing (MP), Missing Management (MM) and satellite Telemetry, Tracking and Commanding (TT&C). Team members also represent Northrop Grumman to other aerospace defense companies and government personnel. Additional duties may be assigned commensurate with performance or due to business needs. You'll Bring These Qualifications:Basic Qualification for a Product Trainer: Familiarity with the ISD/ADDIE process Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Bachelor's degree and 3 years ofeducation and training experience-OR- Associates Degree with 5 years of education and training experience -OR- High school diploma/GED with 7 years of education and training experienceActive DoD Secret clearance within the past 2 years with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI. Must have an active Background Investigation within the past 5 years.Basic Qualifications for a Principal Product Trainer:Proficient with the ISD/ADDIE process Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
