Provide information and updates on products and services. Maintain accurate customer records and ensure data integrity within the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns, process returns/exchanges, and facilitate seamless order fulfillment. Continuously stay updated on competitive trends, products, and industry news to better serve customers.
