Restoration technician in Windsor, CO Temp to hire opportunity Pay $20 to $23/hr Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, OT required based on need of project Ability to pass a background check (no DUI's), drug screen and IICRC certification is a plus! Respond to residential and commercial water and fire losses and perform mitigation services. Perform daily checks on job sites and create daily logs. Communicate regularly with supervisors, building owners and project managers. Perform and oversee the removal of building materials, occasionally hazardous materials. Set up equipment in accordance with the IICRC S500. Effectively manage technicians and temporary labor. Maintain job-sites and containments, manage housekeeping requirements. Perform field activities and/or other duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Experience working in the field, around contractors and clients. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Positive, "can-do" attitude. Safety conscience approach during all work activities. Mechanical/Construction skills a plus. Valid Driver's License, no DUI's/DWI's. Background check and initial drug screen. Applicant must be able to walk around job sites, climb scaffolding, lift objects over 50lbs and occasionally lift tools or materials over the head.
