Qualifications: 3 years of telecom experience (prefer at least 2
years of foreman experience). Must have experience reading and
following construction drawings and build plans build plans
accurately. Must the ability to effectively manage a team of 3-5
people. Possess the willingness to work outdoors in all types of
weather conditions. Must be able to climb and work at heights up to
500'. Must have a valid drivers license and a driving record that
meets the company policy conditions. Must be able to pass and DOT
physical, drug test and background check. This is a traveling
position and you must be comfortable being on the road M-F. 75-90%
overnight travel throughout the Midwest. Per diem is $150/night
when you are 60 miles from our shop in Aurora (you may keep
whatever per diem you do not spend). What you can count on:

and concisely communicate with crew members and the PM overseeing
the job. Read construction drawings, equipment
mounting/installation, completion of close out documents and other
duties as assigned. Adhere to established regulations, standards
and company policies and procedures and pay special attention to
safety requirements and regulations. Address crew complaints and/or
