Job Description:
Overview: A well-established and respected diverse commercial
general contractor is seeking and experienced Superintendent to
join their growing team. This company delivers a wide range of
high-profile projects and offers both local and travel-based
opportunities, depending on your preferences and strengths.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO Travel Requirement: This would be
for a healthcare project going up about 2.5 hours from the Springs.
Once completed, it would mean relocation back to the Springs for
future projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day
field operations on active jobsites Coordinate labor,
subcontractors, and materials to maintain schedules and efficiency
Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and
project specifications Communicate effectively with project
managers, vendors, and field teams Maintain accurate documentation,
reports, and site logs Conduct regular jobsite meetings and provide
ongoing progress updates Ideal Background: 5 years of experience as
a Superintendent in healthcare construction Proven ability to
manage crews and subcontractors across multiple phases of a project
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and
documentation Proficiency with field tech such as Procore,
Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam (or similar) What’s Offered:
