Critical Illness and Accident plans Job Summary: The Housing
Maintenance Assistant Manager is an intermediate level engineering
professional responsible for assisting the manager in overseeing
all aspects of the housing maintenance department, including work
order assignments and completion, staff supervision and ensuring
quality standards are met while also maintaining safety protocols
across all operations. Assist in maintaining all aspects of the
Summit County Employee Housing Properties Engineering and
Maintenance operations as well as manage area maintenance
technicians and grounds upkeep. Candidate needs to be competent
with brand standards, the importance of resident/employee
satisfaction, and safety. Maintain the property with respect to all
applicable Industry, Federal, State and Local Codes. Job
description: Outlet: Breckenridge Employee Housing with occasional
support to Keystone Outlet: Keystone Employee Housing with
occasional support to Breckenridge Supervise and assist the
maintenance team in performing daily work order tasks, make ready
unit maintenance, landscaping and other projects as assigned.
Ensure trash cans and common areas are clean and notify Housing
Admin team if attention is needed. Conduct routine inspections of
outdoor areas and facility grounds to maintain safety and
cleanliness standards. Snow removal and parking lot audits Keep
shops organized Keep equipment operational Nightly 5:30pm boiler
checks On call for emergencies Assist in development of a schedule
for landscape maintenance, snow removal, and general outdoor
upkeep. Assist other departments as needed with maintenance-related
tasks Train and provide guidance to maintenance staff to ensure
efficiency and high-quality work. Respond promptly to maintenance
issues and emergencies. Maintain accurate records of maintenance
activities and update Star Rez/Maintain X as work orders are
completed. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and resort
policies. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of maintenance
experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership
role. Experience with building maintenance, mechanical rooms,
inventory and parts management and snow removal operations. Ability
to operate and maintain outdoor maintenance equipment such as
mowers, plows, and irrigation systems The expected pay range is
$58,461.98 - $77,126.78. This is the pay range we reasonably expect
to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are
