--- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry and Multifamily background.
--- Strong communication skills with Superintendent, Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
--- Assist with jobsite schedules to bring projects in on time and under budget.
--- Experience with -Commercial, Education ,CM Degree, Multifamily, construction.
