looking for an intuitive, passionate, creative who has a sixth
sense for producing powerful and meaningful content that inspires
others, conjures conversations, and proliferates word-of-mouth
sharing of the Partake brand. The Head of Creative'swork will
matter, playing a pivotal role in the development and strengthening
of a beloved and growing brand in an exciting fast-paced
industry.About the RolePartake Brewing is seeking an experienced
and innovative Head of Creative to lead our brand's creative
strategy and execution, with an emphasis on publishing compelling
storytelling that connects with our target drinker. This role will
lead and develop Partake's written and visual content, bringing it
to life across all aspects of the marketing mix (Internal,
Digital/Social, Web, POS, Trade Programming, Packaging,
Advertising, Alliance Execution etc.). As the creative visionary
for our brand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and
executing marketing and advertising strategies to ensure that they
are consistently emblematic of the brand identity and position,
while always ensuring impactful connections are made with our
targeted consumers and communities. As a leader at Partake, you
will be a critical member of the team that establishes us as a
leading brand in the growing Non Alc category across North America.
Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this position will be
in constant deep collaboration with the VP and other colleagues to
conceptualize and develop powerful and influential campaignswhile
also assisting in developing the right go to market strategy to
bring the strong ideas to life.What You'll be DoingCreative Asset
Conceptualization and Execution
- Ability to take existing brand strategy and put it through new
lenses to evolve it with next level, engaging and powerful content
that drives viral excitement and intrigue.
- Lead and inspire the creative team to produce high-quality,
on-brand visual and written content for various platforms,
including, but not limited to digital, print, web design,
packaging, trade programming and relevant and emerging social
media.
- Collaborate closely with all members of the marketing team to
conceptualize, integrate, and execute brand led campaigns that
resonate with our target audience and supports various marketing
team departmental needs.
- Lead all creative copywriting efforts for all consumer facing
materials to ensure proper connection to the brand's intrinsic and
extrinsic benefits. Leadership and Stewardship
- Oversee the development of creative briefs.
- Manage and mentor an internal design team, external agency
partners, freelancers etc., fostering a collaborative and
innovative relationships.
- Inspire and rally the team to create the best work
possible.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and consumer
insights to ensure our creative efforts remain cutting-edge and
relevant.
- Present creative concepts and strategies to internal
stakeholders, providing rationale and insights behind creative
decisions.
- Manage assigned budgets accordingly and deploy to drive the
best and most efficient results.Execution
- Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers
to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
- Ensure all assets are delivered on time based on annual
marketing calendars.
- Evaluate the performance of creative campaigns, gathering and
analyzing data to continuously improve strategies and
outcomes.
- Uphold the company's commitment to sustainability and
responsible marketing in all creative endeavors.Qualifications &
Skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a creative leadership
role, preferably with experience related to the beverage or
traditional CPG industry
- Demonstrated storytelling experience with proven ability to be
hands on in writing and design creation.
- A leader in disruptive social media content development with an
emphasis on Instagram, Tik Tok and new/emerging digital and social
channels.
- Possess the ability to develop highly impactful user generated
content that naturally captures the essence of the brand and is
implemented seamlessly and authentically through the right
channels.
- Passion for coaching & development.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing
high-performing creative teams.
- Experience working with smaller, rapid growth and/or start up
brands within a segment.
- Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and
marketing strategies with experience implementing creative
strategies across various platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies to
stakeholders.
- Proficient in the most up-to-date creative software and
tools.
- A strategic thinker with a creative mindset, capable of
aligning creative efforts with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Marketing,
Design, or Communications.
- Must possess significant Agency and people management
experience.Travel
- Some travel will be required on an as needed basis (5-10x /
year) depending on coverage and ongoing projects. Why join us? We
