Role -Description:This role will be the leader of the Paid Media Center of Excellence at AZDS, leading campaign creation and management for paid search campaigns - including Google Ads, Metasearch, Paid Social and other digital advertising campaigns for our global luxury hospitality partners.
The ideal candidate is a super-user in the Paid Media space, has experience across multiple digital advertising platforms, is results-driven, detail oriented, highly organized and able to pivot quickly to support client goals. They will have experience in leading and growing junior executional staff to achieve results, as well as enjoy rolling up their sleeves and assist in ensuring excellence in execution.Working in an agency, your role will be fast-paced and multi-faceted. In addition to email marketing experience, this position will also require strong skill sets in digital expertise, making strategic recommendations, synthesizing data into actionable insights, and providing superior, responsive customer service.
The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, brings a dynamic, proactive and positive attitude, is comfortable making recommendations for alignment vs. waiting for direction and exhibits an ownership mentality towards driving ROI and tangible engagement and revenue results.
Core Role Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead clients in developing paid media campaigns to achieve their brand and business objectives
  • Creation and management of budgets, with ability to make recommendations to clients of how to optimize and shift tactics based on performance
  • Management and oversight of third-party specialty providers and partners as necessary
  • Create and manage Google Ad Search campaigns, including keyword strategies, targeting and writing ad copy to align with brand and business objectives
  • Create and manage social advertising campaigns in Facebook Business Manager to align with business objectives
  • Monitor campaign performance daily for optimization opportunities and to ensure budgets are maximized
  • Develop and edit creative assets for display ads in JPEG, HMTL5 or GIF format
  • Partner with Analytics team to ensure all ads are being tracked correctly
  • Analyze and synthesize ad performance data into executive summaries that focus on primary drivers and actionability
  • Actively monitor the changing digital marketing landscape, and recommend new initiatives / channels / tactics
  • This role will be a combination of both hands-on involvement as well as will have the ability to lead 2-3 executional team members to achieve the above deliverables.

      Qualifications:
      • 5+ years digital marketing experience, with proven hands-on ownership of multiple campaigns and channels
      • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
      • Strong foundation and understanding of the digital landscape
      • Demonstrated hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager
      • Ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
      • Google Analytics experience
      • Basic Photoshop, Creatopy or similar experience
      • SEO knowledge
      • Passion for and/or experience within the Luxury Travel and/or Hospitality industry a plus
