Job Description:

We are immediately seeking a sociable Event Marketing and Promotions Assistant to market our prestigious clients' products while receiving pervasive management training in light of our recent office expansion.

Daily Tasks:

• Actively engage with colleagues and managers in daily training sessions
• Maintain a student mentality to absorb sales techniques and product knowledge
• Account for product inventory prior to and after conducting field work
• Break the ice with constituents of large and small businesses within the area
• Identify profitable opportunities and initiate the sales cycle
• Generate new customers while retaining current customers
• Report and track sales production daily for performance and accountability purposes
• Provide feedback on approaches that need improvement as well as best practices
  
  Job Requirements:
  
  • Prior experience in hospitality, restaurants, retail, sales, and/or customer service
  • Superior communication skills with a passion for building relationships
  • Disciplined with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • 'Can do' attitude and likely to step into various roles if needed
  • Open minded about learning skills from cross functional departments
  • Outstanding work ethic with a strong moral compass
  • Excels independently and thrives in a team environment
