We are searching for a Creative Graphic Designer to support our visual creative presence and digital strategy in the market. As a member of our Creative Media Group (CMG), you will play a critical role in our client-facing design and consulting "agency" - and will be a creative force in our Employee Experience business. The Role We're seeking an experienced Creative Graphic Designer who: * Uses design-thinking methodologies and creative strategy to solve complex client problems, working alongside our Employee Experience consulting advisors * Has proven experience working across a broad spectrum of media - print, digital, video, social and more * Demonstrates relevant working experience and familiarity with industry software and how to collaborate with creative team(s) - utilizing these tools to deliver best in class solutions * Connects strategic and business goals and vision to the creative--- and vice versa * Shows an appetite to stay current with trends and influence solutions based on what is most effective/right now. Be two steps ahead of everyone! * Aptitude and experience working with corporate brands, brand systems and internal client branding teams. Understand the client's brand language to create leading edge design concepts * Knows that what you bring isn't just "pretty" design, but it's an understanding that your work is translating a message and meaning that is equally as impactful as the content the design supports * Works side-by-side with writers and communication experts to bring experiences to life in an integrated and harmonious way To be effective in this role, you will need: * A creative edge * Strong business acumen and confidence to interact with more senior colleagues and key client contacts * Strong relationship building skills * Ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty * Organized thinking and communication skills * A willingness to support business growth strategy and initiatives * To contribute superior work product for assigned projects, and raise appropriate issues to Directors * To understand diverse ways of work and views of design, be inclusive in your design process The Requirements * At least 2 - 4 years of graphic design experience. Consulting experience is a plus * Passion for and experience with creating innovative design and media solutions * With guidance from the Creative Director, design creative communication solutions for large, complex clients * Ability to take complex (and technical) content and transform it into visually compelling and consumer-grade communication solutions * A professional presence with strong written, web and oral communication skills, demonstrating creative expertise * Ability to manage competing priorities and carry out well-defined assignments according to established guidelines with little to no supervision * Ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges * Understanding of agile principles and design thinking * Availability to travel on an as-needed basis * Bachelor's degree (advanced degrees preferable) in liberal arts, graphic design, business or technology Compensation and Benefits Compensation and benefits information for this position is being included in accordance with requirements of the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Please note that the salary range listed relate specifically to roles located in Colorado and that salary ranges for similar positions located in other Willis Towers Watson locations may vary. In addition, salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to individual competencies, education/professional certifications, experience and performance in the role. Compensation The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
