Job Description for Media and Communications Sales Executive (Hunter profile)OverviewAn experienced and accomplished sales leader, who has helped companies increase their revenues by applying the expertise in technology, media, consulting, strategic communications and sales management. A self-motivated, energetic and detail oriented individual who communicates well with others at all levels, from engineers to c-level executives and experienced in developing customers, streamlining operations, cost reduction and exceeding company revenue goals on a consistent basis.The candidate would be playing primarily a hunter role (along with building and farming the acquired accounts), expanding business development activities selling Tata Elxsi's entire portfolio of Engineering Outsourcing services, Consulting, Products, and Platform Services for Telco/MSO / Media companies who are in the North American Markets.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for business development and achievement of sales and strategic objectives defined by Tata Elxsi - Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling engineering services/technology outsourcing services into the Media and communication industries
    • Responsible for building and growing company's engineering services portfolio for media and communication segments in named accounts
      • Use prospecting tools, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to generate target lists, map accounts, and make connections
        • Develop enterprise prospects through direct phone calls, emails and social media, and appropriate marketing channels
          • Qualify potential customers, leveraging sales/marketing tools, qualification frameworks, and Tata Elxsi's service portfolio - Demonstration of a consistent over-achievement of new client acquisition and sales revenue targets
            • Defining services proposition and business analysis in targeted business units
              • Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting
                • Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency
                  • Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders with various levels of expertise.QUALIFICATIONS
                    • Four year Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
                      • Must be authorized to work in US without any sponsorship
                        • 5 to 15 years of sales experience in Media / Telco/MSO selling solutions and services
                          • Proven track record of acquiring and building new logos
                            • 3+ years sales experience in a "hunter" role
                              • Strong messaging and corporate storytelling skills along with presentation skills
                                • Candidate should have experience selling engineering services / Digital /Cloud ( Telco/ Media Industry)
                                  • Candidate should have in-depth understanding of the North American market and have at least four year of sales experience in the USJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per yearSchedule:
