We are working with a non-profit healthcare organization in the Denver metro area that is hiring for a Marketing Specialist with previous experience in Hubspot. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of marketing experience.**This position is 100% remote with flexibility to come into the office in the South Denver Metro area if desired. Only candidates local to Denver, CO, area will be considered.**Responsibilities:* Create marketing campaigns to generate interest, drive sales, and increase awareness and retention* Develop effective marketing strategies and budgets for marketing activities surrounding product launches, promotions, trade promotion plans, and digital marketing* Execute marketing plan to achieve revenue goals and profit growth* Lead print and digital advertising development as well as media plans and direct mail campaigns* Develop key performance tracking reports to monitor all metrics and KPI's* Manage external vendor relations, processes, and budgets* Contribute to marketing automation campaigns including lead generation and customer lifecycle workflows* Lead digital advertising efforts using paid ads* Develop, test, and implement automated email programs to drive communication strategy* Create content strategy to increase traffic, generate leads, and engage users and oversee project management to execute strategy* Manage all website initiatives and overall visitor experience including web strategies, SEO, link building, reporting, page optimization, site and journey mapping optimization, and keyword research* Develop best practices for content, design, A/B testing, delivery, customer segmentation, and analytics managementRequirements:* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent required* 4-5 years' experience in marketing* Intermediate proficiency with Hubspot required; experience with other marketing automation platforms will be considered* Previous experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital resources* Proficiency in Wordpress* Demonstrated experience independently writing content for web, copy, collateral, and product descriptions* Strong business and marketing acumen and ability to drive results* Must be comfortable operating in MS Office Suite* Strong organization and communication skills* Ability to multi-task / function in a time sensitive environment* Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiencyThis is a great opportunity to work for an organization that delivers a necessary service in the world of healthcare.
