Job Purpose: The Graco Advanced Fluid Dispense (AFD) Marketing Intern will participate in development, coordination and promotion of marketing content, promotional activities, and product launches to drive awareness of Graco products and help achieve divisional goals. As a key member of the marketing team, the Marketing Intern will get the opportunity to find creative solutions that help promote our sealant and adhesive equipment for industrial applications in Automotive, Electronics, and Packaging markets in North America. Develop real world experience in a fast paced and dynamic work environment while working on a wide range of projects. Graco is a global leader in the design, development and manufacture of highly-engineered systems for numerous industrial and commercial applications. This position supports our Applied Fluids Technology Division (AFTD) in Minneapolis, MN. Products from AFTD are used to dispense high performance coatings and foams used in insulation and industrial coatings (http://bit.ly/1tVXcFx). This division also includes advanced fluid dispense systems used in alternative energy, automotive and packaging industries (http://bit.ly/1ywIMe0). Essential Duties: * Assist with developing targeted advertising campaigns and monitoring performance* Assist with developing marketing and sales collateral, writing and editing content* Assist in creating and editing pages in the graco.com content management system (CMS)* Work with internal and external subject matter experts to create engaging content that supports marketing goals* Create and develop digital assets for such graphics and video for integrated marketing communications* Update existing content to ensure relevancy to target audiences* Work in Marketo, a marketing automation tool, to create end user and distributor communications* Add marketing content to new products in Graco's Product Inventory Management (PIM) site Position Requirements: * Sophomore or Junior pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business from an accredited university* Excellent verbal and written communication skills* Strong interpersonal skills* Proficient Microsoft Office usage skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)* Ability to work independently on assigned projects* Minimum GPA of at least a 3.0 on a 4.0 scale desired* Knowledge and familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite a plus Proven Quality.
