Job Description:

Our successful and growing home inspection team needs help in the office. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, friendly, and detail-orientated to take incoming calls from prospective customers and get them booked into an appointment with one of our home inspectors. Booking appointments includes educating our customers on the services we offer, making multiple phone calls and sending emails, and logging information into our online systems. Organizational abilities are paramount. Other administrative tasks, as assigned, would also be part of the workload. You would be joining our talented team that accomplishes the home inspection process with quality, integrity and exceptional customer service. Previous experience as it relates to answering phones or greeting customers is required. Knowledge and experience as they relate to homes and their operating systems is preferred, although not required. This is a full-time position in an office setting. Experience and qualifications will determine compensation, although the range is generally between $14-17 per hour. 401k plan with matching is offered, as well as paid time off. Non-smokers only.
