Litigation Legal SecretaryWe are currently representing several clients in the Denver area who are seeking highly skilled litigation legal secretaries. Our clients specialize in a variety of practice areas and represent a wide range of Fortune 500 corporations.Litigation Legal Secretary duties:Perform administrative duties to include answer phones, greeting clients, processing mailHandle client matters via phone, email or mailDraft and revise pleadings, discovery, briefs, memorandums and correspondenceMaintain attorney work calendars, schedule appointments, conference calls and other meetingsPrepare expense requests, submit bills to clients, and communicate with clientsSubmit state and federal court filingsMaintain and organize files, paper and electronicAssist with other duties as assignedLitigation Legal Secretary Qualifications:3+ years of legal admin experienceExcellent oral and written communication skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple assignments and/or deadlines while maintaining a professional demeanorStrong personal computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointContributes to an atmosphere of teamwork and congenialityBenefits:Medical, Dental, Vison and Retirement.Finalists for the position will receive individual service including resume, interview, and career coaching from an experienced TLSS Advocate.Does this sound like you?
