Emergency Power Services Co.,
Inc. located in Commerce City an EOE company and has been in business for 40
Years. We have an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to join our
well experienced team in this industry to maintain our customers critical back
up power needs. The Administrative Assistant will provide support to our
managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our general
administrative activities and help ensure the efficient and smooth day to day
operation of our office.

Good Driving
Record Quickbooks
Knowledge Willingness to be
trained and learn Proven Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or
Office Admin. Assistant. Knowledge of office management systems and procedures Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word) PowerPoint, is a plus Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work and
tasks Attention to details and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task High School Degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative
assistant or Secretary will be a plus. This position requires confidentiality to all management, employees,
customers and vendors

Responsibilities: Arriving at
office before phones turn off Auto Attendant service at 8AM, M-F Answer and direct
phone calls Organize
purchases with generating Purchase Orders from Purchase Order Request forms Maintaining
Travel Expenses from Technicians on a weekly basis Plan Meetings and
take notes if required Write and
distribute email, correspondences memos, letters, faxes and forms Assist in the
preparation of regularly scheduled reports Maintain
companies filing system (Electronic and Hard copies) Update and
maintain office policies and procedures Order office
supplies and research new deals and suppliers Maintain accuracy
of Contact List on outlook for all departments Book Travel
arrangements, when required Provide general
support to all visitors that enter office Sort and
distributes incoming mail to accounting department (ONLY) Bank Deposits
(Bank visits and generating deposit slip) A/P Data Entry
with accuracy (Includes adding, updating and deleting Vendors) Collects, reviews and analyzes data and
prepares reports, charts, budgets, and other presentation materials. Willingness to
learn Sales Tax and Prevailing Wage Reporting Shipping &
Receiving --- Organizing and staging shipments and deliveries and tracking Ability to assist
with overflow work from other departments or management, including HR and Fleet
Vehicles. --

While performing the duties of this
job, the employee could be exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving
mechanical parts and vibrations. The employee is occasionally exposed to a
variety of extreme conditions at the customers site. The noise level in the work
environment is quiet and not to loud. Customer job sites can be loud and
require PPE gear to be onsite.

Physical Demands :
The physical demands described here are
representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform
the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly
required to talk and hear. This position is very
active and requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping,
crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift and
move up to 10 to 30 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color
vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.-- Position Type and Expected Hours of Work :
This is a full-time position. Normal business
hours are M-F 8:00am to 5:00pm. Overtime is mandatory when required.

Travel :
Travel is mandatory when required

Benefits: Healthcare-
Employer pays for Employee 100% of Base Plan) -- Spouse/Dependents are paid by the employee. Dental &
Vision --- Are split 50/50 between Employer and Employee 401K --- Company
will meet 4% of Contributions ---------------------- Enrollment is every (Jan and July)
after one Year of Employment with the company Colonial
Insurance --- Paid by Employee
