Job DescriptionBoutique Estate planning and Asset Protection Law Firm located in Evergreen seeking mature, self-governing, responsible, PART-TIME (Flexible hours) , Client Service Ambassador to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Ideal Candidate will reside West Side of Denver for ease of commute. Duties of the Client Service Administrative Ambassador include providing support to two (2) Attorneys, assisting in office needs and managing the firm’s general administrative activities. The successful candidate will be motivated, quick on their feet, and eager to learn. Ideally this position could turn into Full Time Hours over time. Client Service Ambassador’s responsibilities includes: making travel and meeting arrangements, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems, managing the front office, greeting high caliber client with warmth, excitement and compassion, manage the firm CRM and Project Management Databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication. Some of the other responsibilities and requirements include, but are not limited, to the list below. Administrative Assistant ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Self-Starter. Always maintains a professional, friendly demeanor. Present a calm exterior on hectic days. Answer the telephone per instruction and screen potential clients. Triage multiple callers and office walk-ins. Greet all visitors and clients to the firm. Act as gatekeeper for the attorney when answering the telephone. Order supplies for the office when requested. Retrieve the mail from the mailbox, sort and deliver. Manage the attorney’s calendar electronically. Provide reminders to Attorney on upcoming appointments throughout the day. Confirm attorney’s appointments. Handle computerized drafting of basic correspondence. Perform basic clerical duties including typing, filing and data base entry. Take notes in client appointments for the attorney when requested. Directly handle matters of a personal nature for attorney (s). Handle specific issues for certain clients as directed by attorney (s). QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
