work done. Job Description The Regulatory Administrative Assistant
provides administrative and clerical support to the Regulatory
team. This position is responsible for organizing documents,
preparing mailings, maintaining accurate tracking systems, and
supporting routine permitting tasks. This role requires strong
organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
follow structured processes in a regulatory environment.
Responsibilities: Administrative Support File and organize plats,
submissions, approvals, bonds, right-of-way documents, and other
permitting materials Prepare and format notice lists, mailing
labels, and notice packets Package and send outgoing mail, ensuring
accurate mailing dates Maintain mailing and office supply levels
Assist with invoice coding as requested Maintain organized digital
and physical filing systems Permitting Support Assist with
submitting regulatory permits and renewals Upload permitting
details into regulatory databases and systems Review permit
attachments for accuracy and completeness Prepare check requests
prior to scheduled permit submissions Submit payments for
regulatory filings Support process improvements in state permitting
workflows Assist in completing manual submittals when needed
Reporting & Tracking Provide weekly progress reports on permits
including submittals, approvals, and renewals Maintain accurate
tracking of permit submissions, approvals, dates, and identifying
numbers Perform regular quality checks against regulatory databases
to ensure tracking accuracy Skills and Qualifications
Administrative experience in an office environment required
Regulatory experience preferred but not required 1-2 years of
energy regulatory experience preferred; willing to train the right
candidate with less experience Highly organized, detail-oriented,
and able to follow structured processes Ability to learn new
software programs and troubleshoot basic issues Self-starter with
strong problem-solving skills Coordination skills necessary for
preparing and submitting permit packages Proficiency in Microsoft
Office suite Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Job Details:
