success. Legal Operations is the organizational backbone of the
legal team at Palantir. Legal Operations is a mission-focused team
that strives to support and execute on critical initiatives across
the legal team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be involved in a wide
variety of centralized functions that support the legal team
including but not limited to document administration, team-wide
calendaring, event and in-office coordination, legal vendor
management and targeted project assistance. You will be directly
supporting multiple attorneys located within your office/region and
providing ad-hoc support to the in-office legal team and work
closely with a team of other legal administrative assistants within

The starting salary for this position is estimated to be $60,000
year. Total compensation includes approximately $5,000/year of
equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units, based on
the recent value of the company's stock at the time of grant.
Further note that total compensation for this position will be
determined by candidate's relevant qualifications, work experience,
skills, and other factors. This estimate excludes the value of any
potential sign-on bonus; the value of any benefits offered; and the
potential future value of any long-term incentives.
