Job Description:
Job Description We are looking to hire an Office Administer to
join our team You will be responsible for supporting several
departments - Operations, Estimating, Office Management, HR, and
Accounting. We are seeking a detail oriented, positive and
productive individual to join our fast paced office staff.
Responsibilities: Work with project managers and superintendents
Ensure details of projects are organized and submitted Greet
visitors and answer phones in a professional and friendly manner
Create and maintain filling systems, both electronic and physical
Schedule and coordinate meetings Maintain vendor accounts Assist
with fleet management and scheduling of preventative maintenance
Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable and general
accounting Collate and distribute mail Write and edit documents
from letters to reports and instructional materials Overseeing the
H/R and general bookkeeping activities of the organization.
Encourage and improve cross-department internal communication
Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute
mail, custodial duties, etc.) --- Qualifications: Human Resources
experience QuickBooks experience Previous experience in
administrative services or other related fields Ability to
prioritize and multi-task Strong organizational and communication
skills Deadline and detail-oriented Strong leadership qualities
Positive attitude
