The mission of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is to work
collaboratively toward the prevention of homelessness and the
creation of lasting solutions for homeless and at-risk families,
children, and individuals throughout Colorado. The Coalition
advocates for and provides a continuum of housing and a variety of
services to improve the health, well-being, and stability of those
it serves.
The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks anAdministrative
Assistant, Vocational Services. This position provides
administrative support to the Vocational Services Team by answering
phones, answering the door, completing documentation as required,
and completing other general office duties. This position is
located at 563 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, Colorado 80205 and reports
to the Program Director, Vocational Services.

Essential Job Functions
Provides administrative support to the Vocational Services
team.
Answers the front door for program participants.
Gathers and enters program outcome data.
Completes all documentation and data entry in a timely manner
(Access Data Base, Case notes, HMIS, etc.)
Performs general office duties (ordering office supplies, word
processing, filing and other clerical duties, etc.).
Completes initial assessments for program participants.
Assists in scheduling orientations for program participants.
Assists in report development and printing.
Assists program participants with program paperwork as
required.

Qualifications Summary
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Veterans are strongly urged to apply.
Experience in office setting required.
Experience with homelessness, veterans and/or mental
illness/substance abuse preferred.
